Solvent-free adhesive is a two component glue, 100% solid content of polyurethane adhesive for composite film, suitable for various plastic film bonding. The weight ratio of A glue and B glue is 100:75 (70~80).  Solvent-free adhesive has a wide range of adaptability, excellent bonding properties for a variety of films, and can be boiled at 100℃ for about 30 minutes.  Solvent-free adhesive has fast curing time, long operation time, low viscosity, and improved operation performance.  

Solvent-free glue Product features:  

1. Health: Since solvents are not used in the process of use, it will not affect the physical and mental health of workers;  

2. Environmental protection: there is no pollution problem of solvent discharge to the environment;  

3. Safety: there will be no danger of fire and explosion during transportation and use. There is no need to install explosion-proof facilities.  

4. Energy saving: the power of composite equipment used is only half or even lower than that of dry laminating;  

5. High efficiency: Solventless (Solvent-free) Laminating Machine speed above 250m/min.

Usage:  

Applicable model: any model of solvent-free laminating equipment (automatic mixing or manual mixing can be)  

Mass ratio: A glue: B glue = about 100:75 (70~80)  

Coating quantity: 1.0g /m2 ~ 2.0g/m2(adjusted according to different laminating materials)  

Operating temperature: 20℃ ~ 40℃ (it is usually recommended that the temperature of rubber barrel and heating tube is set at 35℃, the temperature of rubber storage roller is 35℃, the temperature of coating roller is 38℃, and the laminating roller is 45℃;  This temperature is recommended only  

The customer shall adjust the Settings according to the different product structure and actual demand.  

Operating time: ≥30min after mixing
