Summary of cleaning methods for hot melt adhesive coating machine:

1. Roller cleaning: Stainless steel roller should be wiped with clean dry gauze dipped with 75% alcohol. If glue is found on the surface, dry gauze should be wiped with 1620 solvent/ethyl acetate solvent;  The glue on the surface of the rubber roller shaft shall not be treated with organic solvent to avoid damage to the rubber roller shaft.  

2. External surface of the equipment: Cleaning method: Wipe with a clean dry gauze dipped with 75% alcohol.  

3. Clean the hot melt tank and glue hose (applicable to changing the glue model and coating method) : drain the original glue and add 2~3Kg of the new glue, heat it until it is completely melted and drain it completely. Then add the new glue and drain at least 1Kg of the new glue after it is completely melted and start formal production.  

4. Clean the coating head (applicable to changing the glue model and coating method) : Wipe the device with dry gauze after heating.

5. Clean corona device: After confirming to turn off the power, wipe with a clean dry gauze dipped with 75% alcohol.
