Classification of hot melt adhesive coating technology

1. Scraping coating system  

In the process of coating, the glue is often uneven, which requires a certain scraping mechanism to scrape the glue evenly.  The scraping mechanism mainly includes stainless steel blade scraper, comma scraper, scraper, wire scraper, airflow scraper and slot die scraper so on.  

2. Anilox roller coating  

This kind of coating equipment mainly adopts Anilox roller coating for gluing coating.  The coating is uniform, and the coating is more accurate.  But once the coating roller and glue type is determined, it is difficult to adjust the amount of coating, which is the main reason for the application of Anilox roller coating is limited.  

3. Calendering coating  

This method uses calendering machine to coating adhesive material on the surface of paper or fabric base material, film calendering coating and powder calendering coating.  The former is made of plastic coating film, through the calendering roll heating melt bonding on the surface of the base material;  The latter is the powder resin spray on the surface of the base material, and then through the calendering roll heating melt bonding.   

4. Spraying coating system

This coating equipment will mainly solid glue after heating and melting, by hydraulic device glue coating mold head directly sprayed on the base material.
