Characteristic of BLY-320/450/650 Flexo Label Printing Machine: 

Flexography combines the characteristics of printing, lithography, gravure printing process, such as: the use of high elastic relief plate, the use of porous metal roller quantitative ink supply, printing ink is good liquidity, low viscosity quick-drying solvent or water-based ink, printing quality can be compared with lithography.  Suitable for printing various paper, plastic film, metal film, adhesive and other printing materials.  

Flexo printing machine, because of the use of short ink path of the metal roller ink supply system, the amount of ink is easy to control, and high automation procedures, therefore, the printing operation technology is simpler than letterpress, lithography.

Main function of BLY-320/450/650 Flexo Label Printing Machine:

8) The printing unit can register in 360 degrees. Each printing unit can be independently geared and loosen to have rest of units continue to printing.

9) The inking roller will be automatically off impression when press stop and rotate at lower speed in order to keep the ink from being drying.

10) Paper unwind, printing, laminating, rotary die cutting, waste removal and rewinding can be processed in one pass. It has characterized by wide application, fast printing speed and high economic efficiency ink will not contaminate environment.
