Application:

This machine is universal rewinding machine, rewinding all kinds of adhesive tape, such as: Cloth tape, surgical tape, BOPP tape, PE protective film, PET tape, double sided tape, masking tape, etc.

Features:

1. Two-section length setting, precise coiling length.  When the set length is completed, servo motor control, automatic stop.  

2. Using high-performance programmable controller, the whole rewinding operation is very simple.  Length counting and tension control for LED touch screen.  

3. Adopt pneumatic paper tube fixed design, paper tube firm, easy and fast loading and unloading, greatly improve efficiency.  

4. Automatic end paper smoothing device (optional), to eliminate wrinkles or bubbles after rewinding.  Ensure the smoothness of rewinding products.  

5. Oil pressure feeding mechanism (optional equipment), to provide simple and easy feeding operation of raw materials.  

6. The pressure wheel is controlled by cylinder and the pressure level is adjustable.  Press the semi-finished product properly to ensure the semi-finished product is very smooth in the rewinding process.
